I had my first tattoo removal with Jaiha yesterday. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, totally tolerable. Jaiha was super comforting during the procedure & it didn’t take very long at all. Their space is as warm & beautiful as Jaiha & Jessica are. 10/10

I have been working with Jessica. She's helped me so much! I'm seeking help with severe neuropathy and her suggestion of trying their weight loss shot since others have said it helped. I would like to lose weight so I decided to try it. It's only been 3 weeks so I don't have any results to report as of now but I'm encouraged! I was experiencing heart problems and Jessica suggested Gerd and she had the Dr on staff send a prescription for a Proton Pump Inhibitor. I'm feeling much relief, no more heart episodes! Each service received at Black Lotus has been top-notch (yes, there have been multiple services; even as a man, I like to pamper myself). From the time you walk in the door, you are greeted and feel a genuine welcome. This is my go-to location for relaxing facials and I look forward to adding additional services soon. At every service, I have been asked for the type of “environment.” There are times I like to ask questions during the service, then there are times I am quiet and fall asleep during the facial, either way, it is always accommodating. A great value for the high level of service provided.

I am so happy to finally find an incredibly talented team of professionals in Tyler! I have done their infrared microneedling and, not gonna lie, it can get spicy but boy do i get complimented on my skin all the time. I have also done their salt facial and am strongly considering adding more procedures after seeing their other clients. Super clean and welcoming facilities and really great staff.
